In purchasing and/or registering for one of our online services such as the Planning Retirement Workshop you recognise and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Duration of service

Planning Retirement Workshop

You are entitled to access the service for up to 3 years from date of purchase.
We have a policy of continuous improvement and you are entitled to make use of all enhancements during that period.
In the event that you wish to extend usage beyond 3 years please email learning@laterlife.com.

Registered email address

Should we need to communicate with you on changes to these terms and conditions or on any other aspect we will use the email address you supply on registration. You can update these registration details at any time. Communication to the registered email address will be regarded as sufficient notification of any changes.
Your registered email address is also used should you forget your password and for other security purposes, so it is important to amend this if you should change email address.

Personal use

The workshop is for your own personal use. You may not disclose your access details to anyone else other than your partner (if appropriate). Should you not comply you are liable to reimburse laterlife.com Limited for the full cost of the workshop used by the third party that you disclose the information to. In addition we are entitled to remove your access to the services.
The online workshops are the copyright of laterlife learning and its partners. The material is for personal use and may not be copied or reproduced for any commercial purpose without prior agreement. Please see the full copyright statement below.

All rights, including copyright, in the content of our web pages are owned by laterlife.com Limited or its partners or its suppliers. Feedback, Complaints and Refunds

The workshop is based on well proven materials and techniques but within the modules of the workshops there are opportunities to provide feedback and we very much welcome this. It will also potentially benefit you because you will have access to any enhancements we may make as a result.
On purchase of the service you have a statutory 7 day cooling off period in which you may cancel for any reason. However once the service is activated and you make use of it this right to cancel no longer applies.
We are also so convinced that what we have provided here is of great value, that if you should sign up and decide within 48 hours of activating and browsing the material that you don't feel that is the case, we will refund your money.
In the event that you should wish to cancel or be dissatisfied with any of the services for any reason such that you wish to terminate usage, please contact us on 01189 88 01 88 or email complaints@laterlife.com stating your reasons for dissatisfaction.
We agree to act in good faith to resolve any dispute or complaint you may have promptly through discussion including requests for a refund.

Jurisdiction and enforcement

For the avoidance of doubt your use of the website shall be governed by the laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
If any of the terms contained above should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
